Welcome to Berry Abode - a delightful, welcoming, beautifully presented three bedroom luxury home situated right in the heart of Berry, with wonderful country surroundings and a warm relaxing ambiance.

The cottage sleeps 5-6 people (max. 6 with fold away bed) and is fully equipped for a self catered enjoyable stay.

The air-conditioned, open plan living, dining and fully equipped modern kitchen with polished wooden floors throughout opens onto a large wrap around balcony which has entertaining areas and a gas barbeque. There is a stereo, two seperate areas to watch television and DVD/video players. The kitchen has a Smeg oven and cooktop, microwave, all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Accommodation includes 3 bedrooms: 1x queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 x singles in the second bedroom and 1 x single bed in the third bedroom. An optional fold away bed can be set-up in th third bedroom on request.

The home has an additional living room (called the cozy room) with wood fire and additional television and DVD/video.

Relax and enjoy the distant views, dip in the in-ground salt water swimming pool or stroll around the glorious gardens which include a fabulous playground for the children (including trampoline build into the ground, swings, cubby house and slide).

All this and only a hop skip and jump from the wonderful cafes, restaurants, shops and sights of Berry.
